The order process went fine. The order was delivered. However, I have made two subsequent telephone calls and have sent one email to customer service requesting a copy of my invoice and delivery confirmation time as I needed the flowers to be delivered by 1:00 or so and to date have not received a response. I would appreciate this information being sent to me. Thank you

Service was very good. The person that I dealt with for placing of the order was very helpful and I felt that the price was fair for what I was ordering. The flowers were delivered as promised the same day as ordered at my wife's place of business and she commented that they were just beautiful. I will definitely use Avas Flowers again and will recommend them to others.
