Although the flowers were delivered within the requested time frame, I did not appreciate the extra $20 fee added to the order. I doubt very much that I will ever use your flower service in the future. I sent a prettier bouquet to my other uncle last week for a lower price and that florist did not charge the extra fee. Shame on you. You lost any future business with me or anyone else I manage to inform of your practices.
