I cannot comment on the delivery itself, however I do know the flowers did arrive at the funeral home prior to the visitation and service. I was able to see the arrangement and was very pleased with how it turned out. The actual arrangement was just as nice looking as the photo I had viewed on the website. Thank you.

I was very pleased that the flowers I had purchased a few hours before a funeral on a Saturday were actually delivered on that very same day. I will definitely buy from Avas Flowers again!.

The service was far and above anything I have ever gotten from a flower service. They called me because they did not have the correct flowers to scent my garden basket but upgraded to a better arrangement. They left a message confirming what I had agreed to and then called me when the people were not home to receive it. They told me where they were going to leave the arrangement and assured me that they heard dogs barking so thought the people would be back home. This was for a wife who had just lost her husband so I hesitated to contact her directly. I did not see the arrangement but I am sure it was wonderful. I know the customer service was far and above. I would highly recommend this company.
