I had a difficult time with the website so I called for help. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful, courteous and efficient. However, I'm not sure where the error occurred ....my error or Ava's. I did want the flowers delivered one day earlier and was surprised to see that it was delivered 2 days after I placed the order. Like I said it could have been my mistake with dates. The flowers were delivered on the date indicated on the receipt and the recipient did say that they were lovely. So thank you for your service.
