Experience was professional and rep knowledgable, efficient, kind leaving a lasting feeling for a customer to return. I asked for a photo to be sent of the exact item sent. I have no idea what was sent. This has nothing to do with the rep, she was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing service and great bouquet - same day delivery even if the weather was horrible. As my friend was snowed in at home and not at the office where the initial delivery was, they went the extra mile and delivered the flowers at my friend's house! Thanks very much for this! A must use company. :-)
