I'd sent you a thank you note after receiving both a telephone call and an e-mail alerting me that you'd had to substitute larkspur for the white stock in the bouquet. I've not experienced that kind of attention to detail, nor thoroughness from a company in a VERY long time. Frankly? I've never been a huge fan of stock anyway and much prefer the larkspur you chose. My friend who is going through a very rough time, absolutely loved the bouquet and told me over and over how beautiful it was. Thanks to all of you for taking such care and pride in what you do. That kind of service means a great deal to me, as my career is in the hospitality field. I know how important it is to give great customer service, and you have achieved that.
