I've never used your company before and was extremely pleased with the service I received. Once I placed my order online, I realized I'd made a mistake with the delivery date so I called your 1-800 number right away and relayed what happened to a nice young man who helped me with changing the date of delivery. Never using you before I was a little worried that the information I gave wouldn't be passed along but was very happy when I heard from my friends saying they received the beautiful flowers I had sent on the date I wanted them to arrive.
