Having not ordered from Ava's before, I didn't know what to expect. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The flowers arrived a couple of hours earlier than requested and were absolutely beautiful! The recipient was overjoyed. A great experience and we will be using Ava's again in the future. Thank you!

Being out of town and needing to send flowers for my friends Birthday, I picked your shop online and am pleased with the outcome. You were unable to deliver them on the 6th of July since she wasn't home at the time of the delivery but I received an email letting me know what was going on and she did receive them on Monday and was pleased with them. You also let me know by email that they were delivered. I appreciated that. Over all a good experience! Thank You.
