Your website was very customer friendly and easy to navigate. When I made an error on the original, it was easy to get corrected and I got a lot of feedback as to how everything was progressing. I appreciated hearing that the flowers were delivered before I went to visitation.
The flowers were lovely and the size of the overall basket was very nice.
