Hello, The service you provided was excellent. My daughter, who received the flowers told me that when the delivery driver's car broke down, he wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers on Wednesday. I was impressed and happy that you were willing to deliver them on Thursday, Thanksgiving. I'm sorry the driver had to work on Thanksgiving. I do appreciate your delivering the flowers in time for the holiday. I was a bit disappointed to learn that the flowers didn't arrive in the pumpkin vase/container that was pictured on the website. Had I known it was not available, I might have chosen the cornucopia. I believe that basket that you used was pretty, though. Overall, though, a good experience.
