Experience began badly and became worse due to language difficulties -the names becoming Deni and Don on the order and the time on the phone being way too long due to respellings and corrections. The person was very nice and cheerful, so I 'stuck with her'.. It was very exasperating and frustrating when the email copy of the order looked like nothing we had discussed When I called with my concerns about the mistakes made on the order, I received a very quick response to assure me that corrections would be made -- very fast, efficient service. The flower arrangement seemed much nicer than the one I had ordered ( from a picture sent to me) -- Gerbera daisies, foliage, perfect fall colors and a very nice basket . My daughter and husband were very pleased ! So I am now very pleased with the changes you made and the customer service and beautiful flower arrangement you made. thank you ! D. Kristopson
