Ordering flowers for my mom's birthday was easy. They arrived at exactly the time I was told to expect them. The arrangement was very pretty and mom loved the happy birthday balloon that came with the flowers. I was pleased with the service provided. Thank you!

Shirli was thrilled with her arrangement and chocolates. I up paid to have the entire package which was to include the stuffed animal bunny as well, but she did not receive it. Can you tell me why the bunny was not included when I paid the premium price?

The person with whom I spoke was very helpful and easy to speak with. Great service was provided as my flowers were delivered on time and my granddaughter loved them. Will definitely be using again!!! Navigation through website was very easy, flowers were ordered for same day delivery--they were delivered by the time they stated & although arrangement didn't arrive exactly as the picture showed it was beautiful the way it arrived(the roses were PERFECT). I actually had a hard time deciding which arrangement to order because there were SO MANY beautiful choices.
