Yes the person on the phone was great!! My Aunt Sharon was just diagnosed with breast cancer and had to have her both breast removed and she lives states away and I wanted to send her flowers and I didn't know how to go about it so I got online found Ava's and it turned out to be a excellent choice!! She loved them !! The color of the flowers were just like the picture. Thanks again for sharing in such a life changing moment.
