I appreciated the delivery update email that let me know the delivery was successful. It was above and beyond a simple tracking number that will only tell me that my order has been delivered (and sometimes that might mean to the wrong address with some delivery services). I am not in the area (or even the same state) and it was important to me that the family received my gift in a timely manner.
