Very satisfied with your service - Christian, I believe was his name, was very patient and helpful. I am the one who made the mistake - I did not realize that the custom in Batesville was that the family did not view the body for several days - so I should probably have had the flower spray delivered later. I am hoping the flowers will still be attractive by tomorrow afternoon for the actual viewing and funeral. I do appreciate your help and prompt attention to our needs. C. Bell
