Hello - My wife put me on the poop list, your flowers helped very much getting my name off the number one spot. There was a problem with delivery, I received an e-mail on Friday about 3:00pm delivery was complete. Talked to my wife and NO flowers had been received. Called and talked to Marlon (All of your sales reps were very helpful) I told him my wife was working Saturday, Marlon said the problem would be taken care of. I did call about noon on Saturday because I was worried and left a message for a call back. Before the call back was suppose happen my wife received her flowers. It still would have been nice to receive the call and Thank everyone for helping me get off the poop list! So Thanks and I will use and suggest to others - Avas Flowers. Please share with your Staff - What A Wonderful Job!

Flowers were delivered on time and Jackie said they were beautiful. I always ask since I cannot see them. Avas always has done a good job for me.
