This was a "last minute" order as we had just received the great news about our friend. You were excellent in taking down the information regarding name, address, phone number, etc. about the recipient. And even though it was Saturday morning and the truck was already out on deliveries, you assured me that our friend would receive her flowers "before 4". You were great and our friend even sent us a picture of the beautiful arrangement she received! Thank you for such great customer service.
