Hey! Arrangement was great. I did purchase two balloons though only one was delivered. That would be the only thing that kept it from being a perfect experience. I must say the refund process for the missing balloon was easy, fast & friendly. Cheers

I was very happy with your same day service and that you delivered what I ordered. We live in TX now and the dear friends that we sent flowers to texted us a picture of the flowers and they were more beautiful than the picture on your website! We also rec''d a text from them this morning saying how much they are still enjoying the flowers and that they are still so beautiful. I ordered a similar bouquet from another florist in Cottage Grove a couple years ago and was so disappointed when my friend who turned 40 rec'd white and yellow flowers. Thank YOU for sending what I ordered!
