The customer service was excellent! The gentleman who helped me over the phone was wonderful and very helpful. The flowers were so beautiful! They were delivered in time for the memorial service.

Thank you so much!!!! This is my second time using Ava's to send flowers to my mom when I can't be with her. She finished her last chemotherapy last week and I wanted to celebrate with her but couldn't get home due to money. I picked one of the "deals" and was hoping the medium size wouldn't be too skimp as I've gotten from other shops. My mother received the arrangement and called me so happy and blown away that there were not only THREE dozen roses but other flowers mixed in as well. We had a good cry together :D thank you so so much!!!
