The blooming/green plants look beautiful, and they were delivered on time. When I had to call customer service to make sure after we thought the plant wasn't delivered to the right location, I had a long wait on the phone. However, once someone picked up she had a lot of information about the order and exactly where it was delivered (to the front desk of the apartment complex), and so my sister was able to pick it up at the front desk. The balloon was much larger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise, and they included a little plastic bird as decoration that I thought was very nice. :) I would definitely order from Avas again, even with the initial delivery confusion.
