I was very impressed with the way You handled my recent order. My order was sent to a patient in the hospital. Unfortunately she passed away during the night When the flowers arrived early the next morning I thought they might be discarded by the hospital and no one would ever know I sent them But this wasn't the case. Your florist not only returned with the flowers but called me with a very sympathic call to inform me of her passing. At that point you agreed to forward the flowers to a family member.
