The Customer Service was very accommodating in anticipating my needs. She was very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the service. All companies should operate in this manner. The training of employees is worth the time! You should probably be a consultant on how businesses should be run! All "i" were dotted and "t's" were crossed. Thank you!

NOTHING bad to say. The flowers wwere delivered in a timely matter and customer service is very helpful. I've been recommending avas to many ppeople bc of the quality of the arrangements and customer service is very consistent. Please keep up the good work.
