We would like to take a minute to thank you for all the thought you put in, and your "going the extra mile" with our recent flower order for my mothers 92nd birthday. Your call regarding the vase that was not available, offering an alternative, as well as calling to let us know where you left the gift (the front door was obscured so you left it on the back stoop) showed us that you go over and above to make certain that each order with you is guaranteed to be handled with a personal touch and the outcome to be outstanding!!! I later found out that my mother has been a ongoing client of your shop for many years.... and now I know why! You may rest assured that you have gained us as a customer from this point forward... Nothing that I know of. It was very easy for me to order on your web site seeing I no nothing about Michigan or any florists there. I did go to another site and they ere ridiculously expensive. You were reasonable and that is why I chose you. Plus, I ordered the morning of the day I wanted them delivered and you were able to deliver. My friend said it was a wonder surprise and the flowers were beautiful. If the need arises again I won't hesitate to order from you again. Thank you, Janet Hulme
