Online ordering was easy; catalogue of products was more than sufficient. It was simple to find a plant or floral arrangement that was suitable for the occasion. Because this was sent to a distant destination, I do not actually know the condition/quality of the planter. I can only assume that it was comparable to the photo. CSR was helpful in verifying the order as I was not at the location of the phone number given. Delivery was easily made within the time frame I requested.
