The customer service representative was very nice and helpful. I appreciate that very much. My only complaint is I needed to stay at around $30 and couldn't find what I wanted in that range. I could have accepted the higher price more easily if the service charge wasn't so high. I had to spend considerably more than I was comfortable with. However the plant was very beautiful. So thank you for sending something really nice.
