Impressed that I got a phone call after normal business hours to clarify my order. The gentleman that called was very professional and to the point. You did not have the color of flowers I would have wished but this I am sure is something very hard to control. I was pleased with your professionalism and would certainly use your services in the future! Thanks!

Although we were not able to attend the services for Donna and therefore not personally see the bouquet you designed, we were told by Donna's son the arrangement was beautiful. I do want to commend the woman who took our order. She was so very pleasant and took her time helping to make the decision on which arrangment to order. If the occasion arose, we would definitely contact you again. Thanks!

We were very pleased with your service and many thanks. The basket arrived on time and our son and daughter in law showed it to us on Skype this morning. They were very pleased and look forward to enjoying the products. As we are in Australia, it is difficult sometimes to arrange a suitable gift for them but we were pleased with our choice of company and arrangement.
