It's very easy to use your web site. I am so glad you give same day service. I had just been notified of my friends death and the viewing was the same day with funeral the next day I had no problems placing my order and it was delivered the same day. You have a good selection of arrangements at a very good price and you made it easy to track the delivery. However,I would like to see a picture of what was actually delivered since it went to a different state than where I live. I appreciate that you let me know my flowers were delivered but I'd like to know the exact time it was delivered and the persons name that received them.

They called when it was going to be delivered. They let me know the flowers I ordered didn't hold very well, so they offered to bring them 9am. Monday morning to the funeral home. Arrived on time and they were beautiful.
