At 8:30 a.m., I found out about a funeral service that would take place at noon. I called several florists who either were unable to do so or only had a voice messaging system. When I called Avas Flowers around 10 a.m., the gentleman that I spoke with was extremely understanding and helpful. He assured me that they would be able to do this. At 11: 10 a.m., I received an e-mail from them letting me know that the arrangement had been delivered. It is obvious that customer satisfaction is important to them. My ninety-two year old father raved about the fruit basket. He described every piece if fruit over the phone and even commented on how nice the basket is. I wanted something special for him as he grieves the death of his wife of 71 years (my mother.) Thank you for beautiful basket.
