I appreciated receiving an email that flowers had been delivered. Although I didn't get to see them (out of town), the recipient was very happy with them. I will get more feedback later!

It was great all the way around. The follow up was terrific, calling me, emailing me, making every effort to get the recipients phone number so they could deliver. I didn't have the number at the time I placed the order. But to my pleasant surprise they delivered the flowers even without the number. The personal service was wonderful, and I am in CT and just picked the shop off the Internet. I lucked out and so did the recipient - she loved the flowers.
