I am in the UK and have only seen a photo of the flowers. I wonder whether you ask the recipient about the quality of the flowers and the arrangement. It's always worrying to use a new provider, especially when one is far away, so I was pleased that everything worked out fine. Thank you.

At first I was upset about my order placed because it didnt arrive on time and it took a week later to get my order there but however after talking with a customer service rep, she told me what happen and said she was sorry and provided a free upgrade so i went away a happy customer and I will do business with them again.
