Was hoping for a before noon delivery on the 17th as I was not sure of their schedule for the day. As it turned out, the flowers arrived in late afternoon and they were home. The flowers looked lovely (my daughter sent a photo) and they were surprised and pleased. Thanks for your efforts - I am sure delivery during the Dream Cruise is challenging!

I really appreciate you guys tracking my G'ma down when she wasn't home for the second time. She got to enjoy her flowers in the hospital and I am glad she did. Thank you for going above and beyond.

From where I sit in Seattle, I'm not sure what you could do better. I placed an order with you folks on what would have been last Sunday evening in your time zone. By noon, the next day, the flowers were delivered. I asked that your delivery person be discreet when delivering to the bank and I've heard nothing back to indicated that didn't happen. I did hear that you were part of putting a big smile on someone's face there in Indiana. All I can say about that is what a cool job your delivery person has!
