The service was excellent because I placed the order online but had to call because I had trouble with the site denying my zip code. My in laws loved the flowers and they were delivered as scheduled. I was very happy with this purchase and I would order from Ava's again.

I was contacted by the florist because the type of flowers in the bouquet I ordered were not available and they were asking if it was OK to substitute others. Have ordered flowers elsewhere and have never been asked about this, substitutions were just made. I thought the call was a nice touch. Thank you.
