The service was outstanding and I am very pleased with the smooth transaction! Thank you for going above and beyond as a business owner by going the extra mile to make sure the flowers were delivered and I mean litterally by going the extra mile because it was quite a drive to get the beautiful peace lillys to their destination and were delevered in a timely manner. The service was great and my son in law and daughter were very happy with the beautiful flowers and it brought them some happiness on a very sad and an emotional day because of the passing away his beloved mother. I was treated with respect and kindness and the communication was great and at the same time very professional showing the great integrity of the florist followed by a follow up of the transaction, the items ordered and I was also provided with the time and the proof of delivery and that was very much appreciated. But most importantly the floral arrangement was exactly what was expected and the beautiful arrangement lit up a dark and dreary day... It was also a great and user friendly online experience.
