My friend was thrilled to receive the fresh flowers from her "favorite" florist! Wonderful! I found the on line service to be user friendly, esp. for a senior citizen. I also appreciated the feedback from the staff regarding a discount.

Loved the service, the ease of ordering, the speed and efficiency of delivery, and most importantly, the flowers were beautiful and true to the arrangement on the website. My daughter has two more years in law school in Ann Arbor, so I plan to order from Ava's again and again until she graduates.
