This was my first time ordering flowers from Avas directly by phone. I ordered the Soothing Lavender Bouquet, but they substituted other flowers. My girlfriend loved the flowers and I had her send me a picture of them. I did call Avas to ask why they didn't send the arrangement Ibordered.They explained that sometimes the same Flowers I chose may not be available due to them being seasonal in certain areas. I was disappointed and they offered me a $10 credit for my next order. I truly appreciated their politeness and didn't expect any other offers. Thanks and I will be ordering again.

Very great customer service. There was an issue with setting up delivery and I called and it was immediately fixed and delivered within 15 minutes. I will definitely be ordering from you guys again.
