The email I received confirming the flowers were delivered was a bit misleading as it showed the delivery was at 3:59 PM. It was actually a lot earlier than that. I was concerned she did not receive the flowers as requested but she did. The arrangement looks very nice.

I was a bit uncomfortable ordering on line as I am located in Oakville, Ontario Canada but everything went smoothly, the operator was very patient and helpful, and when my sister called to say she had received the basket I was relieved. My sister loved the basket and apparently uses your services when she sends flowers! I will definitely use your company for future arrangements. Thank you, Evelyn
