The gentleman who answered the phone and took my order was so kind. Yes, he did repeat his name and of course at this moment I can not remember. Sorry. He was helpful, kind and compassionate. I thank him and Avas Flowers for being so gentle with me since this was such a difficult order to place with the loss of our loved one.
