I had excellent service. Prior to calling Ava's I had a run in with an awful florist who essentially didnt send the flowers, took the money and stopped responding. In a panic called Ava's and they not only took care of me, but went out of their way to send flowers the day of and apologized for the other company(which they didnt have to do whatsoever) great customer service.

I appreciate that the ordering was easy, selections were very beautiful. It's difficult when you hope what you order will please the recipient (especially your mom), once my mother saw these flowers it really made her happy. Since we are not able to be with her due to many states in-between. Thank you
