The flowers looked beautiful. Besides my brother (the recipient) the others at the nursing home commented on how pretty they were. The only negative I have is I was a little surprised by the total price since the arrangement was for $50. I guess I was just a little surprised by the cost of delivery etc. I hadn't ordered flowers for a long time so I was out of touch. But thanks for a lovely arrangement.

At this time everything was perfect. The telephone service was excellent. You called to see if She was going to be home, which was appreciated. The most important issue was She really liked the arrangement. So score one for you.
