Upon check out, the $19.95 service charge was ridiculous. I never would have used this florist if I knew ahead of time. My friends brother had just passed of Covid and I wanted to reach out to her immediately and that is the only reason I completed this transaction. I will NOT use this on line delivery service again!!!!! Not happy. PS Flowers are beautiful!!!!
