I live in TN. and the flowers were sent to an aunt in the hospital in Douglas, GA. She is 94 years old and I was told she only had days to live. I requested that the arrangement be large enough that if she opened her eyes she would be able to see it. I was told that the flowers were BEAUTIFUL and that she did see them and she would say," that is sooo pretty ". Thank you for blessing my aunt with something that put a bright moment in her life. I paid for the red vase and the flowers arrived in a regular vase. Other than that, the delivery was quick, it arrived the same day, the flowers were fresh and my wife loved them. How do I get a refund for the red vase that I was supposed to get. Thanks
