Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. 1. I tried to phone in the order which was very difficult. Opted then for web order which was each and efficient. However would have preferred to speak with someone. 2. Delivery was super fast and efficient. I think flowers were delivered within 3 hours of placing order online. Very good. 3. Arrangement was very pretty and well done, but honestly I thought a bit small for a 'large' arrangement. Spent close to $100 (all included) so expected a bit more for the large arrangement. All in all - very satisfied with the efficiency and your delivery of these flowers in a pinch. Appreciate your service and would use again.

The service was great but I wish the flowers looked like the picture. I am disappointed with the bouquet. You should make the pictures reflect what you are going to get, I would not order this one again.
