The flowers arrived on time, and they exactly as I expected very nice. The only issue was the card. The included exactly what I put but I assumed that my name would be included automatically. I couldn't find it anywhere.

I chose Ava's from the internet for two reasons: the prices were good and the shop was located near the delivery address. I was a bit concerned that my order was handled by a call center, but the operator was pleasant and very capable, which reassured me. The flowers were delivered the same day and my friend said they were lovely. I think my order was handled in a very professional and friendly manner.

I was very pleased with your service. The flowers arrived at the time that was requested. Since no answered the door you let me know where you left them. I called my son & he said they received them.
