the flowers were beautiful and very aromatic. the delivery was great, as it got to her before she left the hospital, which i appreciated. customer service was awesome! i had accidently put in 2 orders, not that computer saavy, and cust. serv caught it and called me right away to make sure it was a mistake, and am truly grateful! the only issue i had, and it was not really your fault, was the ribbon was yellow and not blue, and thats what specifically made me pick that boquet as my daughter had just had a baby boy. you should reittterate with your co-companies that if someone is requesting a gender specific boquet, they need to deliver the specific color of the gender specific boquet, coz that really kind of got under my skin. but everything else was great, and i will totally use you again! thank you
