The person on the phone was extremely helpful. The flowers were delivered on the day and time asked. I received a call from my friend, who had just lost her husband, and she stated the flowers were beautiful and she was so thankful. I wanted to thank the person who answered the phone as he was so understanding. He even checked with his supervisor and gave me a 10% discount that was so much appreciated. I will be doing more business with your company. Excellent.
