I’m very disappointed. The bouquet was small and not very full. It really didn’t look like the picture and was very expensive for the quality. I saw what was left of it today- only a few flowers left. Such poor quality especially for a sympathy bouquet

Everything was very nice. The only thing to mention is that my name as the sender was not on the card like I thought it was suppose to be. Not a big deal in my case but others might find that a bit upsetting.

I appreciate the same delivery during the Christmas rush, it was important to me that my cousins received the sympathy flowers and you delivered and they were beautiful. Thanks you, Margie Shaw
