To Whom it May Concern, Thank you so much for your extra care in creating a memorable bouquet that was sent to my dear friend in Whittier Rehab Hospital. I believe it was Heidi that helped me. She was patient, kind and understanding. Excellent Customer Service ! Your prices were fair and my friend loved the flowers she said they were gorgeous and frankly she has great taste !
