Very responsive. I paid an additional $9.99 for expedited delivery because it was too late for same day delivery and my stepson was due to be discharged from the hospital the next day. I called and there was a slight delay in delivery, but it was delivered in time and people kept me informed.

Your clerk was friendly, courteous and informative. She spoke clearly so I could understand what she was saying. I appreciated the follow-up E-mail so I could see that everything was correct. The flowers were delivered on time, and she said they were gorgeous. I also was pleased to see the picture of the bouquet you were going to send.
