I sent an arrangement of flowers to my son and daughter-in-law for Thanksgiving. Immediately following the delivery, my son emailed me a picture of the flowers. He said they were so happy with them, that they were beautiful and fresh, and how the whole family is enjoying them. This is not the first time that I've ordered from Ava's flowers, and it will not be the last. I've been happy with EVERYTHING I've ever ordered from Ava's. The telephone service was excellent. These flowers were for a 70th birthday, for a woman whose only living sister died 3 weeks ago. Not the happiest of birthdays, but one that was important to remember by friends of the deceased sister to the living one. The first two choices were not available, but your rep helped me find two other options which were very suitable. The recipient emailed her thanks, and called as well to tell us how beautiful the flowers. Thank you very much for a quality product and excellent phone service.
