Lovely healthy flowers!

I neglected to ask that the flowers be delivered to a side entrance; an apartment. Fortunately, a call was made from the florist notifying the person for whom the flowers were ordered that the order had been placed at the front door. Thank you for making that call. The recipient of the flowers was very pleased with the arrangement.

I was helped by David who was just great and told me that he would have the flowers made up as if they were for his own mother and that made me feel very confident. They arrived on time, all of my instructions were followed perfectly, and the bouquet was beautiful. All of the emails that I received told me that the management/ownership of Avas is dedicated to customer satisfaction and that is why I was happy to have registered as a future customer. However, the next day I called with the intention of thanking David personally and had a awful experience with your South America representatives. I asked repeatedly to be transferred to someone in the sates and they refused. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them while they transferred me from one after another of very aggressive, hard to understand, salespeople who insisted that I must deal with them. I even tried to call back but got them again and experienced more of the same. I was annoyed that my good intentions were just a waste of time. While David is a real asset to your business, your foreign affiliation hurts it. I would be happy to order from you again but not if i have to deal with them.

Great last minute service. My step daughter loved her flowers. Fast, convenient, plus the discount was amazing. Thank you, Thank you - you are amazing! Will use you again : )))
